Prepara\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p>

1.Passe a carne por azeite e coloque na grelha at\u00e9 marcar. Rode ligeiramente para um dos lados, de forma a fazer a marca de um diamante perfeito. Fa\u00e7a o mesmo no outro lado da pe\u00e7a de carne, retire, tempere com sal e pimenta. Deixe a carne descansar cerca de 1 minutos.<\/p>

2.Para preparar o molho, coloque a manteiga amolecida numa tigela, adicione o tomilho e envolva tudo com uma colher. Coloque a manteiga sobre uma pel\u00edcula aderente e leve ao frigor\u00edfico cerca de 1 hora.<\/p>

3.Coloque uma ca\u00e7arola ao lume com o azeite e aloure a cebola e o alho picados. Adicione as ervilhas e a batata cortada em peda\u00e7os e envolva. Junte a \u00e1gua at\u00e9 cobrir, tempere com sal e pimenta e deixe cozer em lume brando. Quando estiver tudo cozinhado, triture com a varinha, at\u00e9 obter uma textura cremosa de pur\u00e9.<\/p>
