Prepara\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/p>

  1. Passe a carne por azeite e coloque na grelha at\u00e9 marcar. Rode ligeiramente para um dos lados, de forma a fazer a marca de um diamante perfeito. Fa\u00e7a o mesmo no outro lado da pe\u00e7a de carne, retire, tempere com sal e pimenta. Deixe a carne descansar cerca de 1 minuto.<\/li><\/ol>

    1. Parta os ovos para um copo e adicione a mostarda e o vinagre. Coloque a varinha m\u00e1gica no copo, ligue na velocidade m\u00e1xima e v\u00e1 adicionando o \u00f3leo em fio, fazendo o movimento da varinha de baixo para cima, lentamente.<\/li><\/ol>
