Tomahawk with Whiskey Sauce
Salt and Pepper
2 tablespoons butter
1. Coat the meat with olive oil and place on the grill until scored. Rotate slightly to one side so as to make the mark of a perfect diamond. Do the same on the other part of the piece, remove, season with salt and pepper. Let the meat rest for about 3 minutes.
2. To make the sauce, put a frying pan on the heat and when it is very hot, add the whiskey. Next, add the butter and stir until it melts completely. Add the cream and stir with the help of a spoon until the sauce is well combined.
3. Slice the sweet potatoes and fry until golden brown. Season to taste.
3. Serve the Tomahawk with the whiskey sauce, accompanied by sweet potato chips.
