T-bone with red wine sauce


1 T-bone
2 tablespoons of olive oil
3 cloves of garlic


2 tablespoons butter
1 cup red wine


1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Put a frying pan on the heat with the olive oil and the crushed garlic. When the oil is very hot, brown the meat on both sides.

2. Season with salt and pepper. Place the T-bone on a baking tray and bake for 15 minutes. Then leave to rest for about 5 minutes.

3. Put the red wine in the same pan and let it reduce by about half.

4. Add the butter and mix until you have a thick, glossy sauce. Season to taste. Add the butter to the pan and stir until you have a thick, glossy sauce.

5. Garnish with rosemary leaves and serve the T-bone.
