Stroganoff with Provence Herbs, served with Spaghetti
500g Beef Stroganoff
5 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons herbs Provence
Salt and Pepper
300 gr spaghetti
4 tablespoons olive oil
1. Put a frying pan on the heat with the olive oil.
When the oil is very hot, add the beef strips and brown them.
Sprinkle with herbs from Provence, season with salt and pepper, and wrap everything very well.
2. Place a pot with water and salt on the heat and when it boils, add the spaghetti, stir with a fork and cook for about 8 minutes.
Remove, drain, coat with olive oil, and set aside.
3. Serve the meat strips with herbs from Provence with spaghetti.
