SAUTÉED ASIAN BEEF STRIPS, SERVED WITH PAK CHOI
Ingredients:
500g Beef Strogonff
5 tablespoons sesame oil
1 purple onion
½ leek
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 grated carrot
6 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
Sesame seeds
Olive oil
Salt and Pepper

Preparation:
1. To make the side dish, heat a frying pan with olive oil and brown the halved pak choi. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.
2. To prepare the sauce, put another pan on the heat with the sesame oil, when it is very hot, brown the beef strips. Add the red onion and the leek cut into half-moons. Then add the peppers cut into thin strips and the grated carrot.
3. Drizzle the vegetables with the teriyaki sauce and salted, until the sauce is thinned. Season to taste.
