PICANHA WITH GARLIC BUTTER
2 packages of Picanha
Salt and Pepper
100g softened butter
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
40g parmesan chips
2 tablespoons of olive oil
- To cook the steak, put a frying pan on the heat with the olive oil and the crushed garlic. When the oil is very hot, brown the meat on both sides, season with salt and pepper. Let the meat rest for about 1 minute.
- To prepare the sauce, put a frying pan on the heat and when it is very hot, pour in the brandy. Then add the cream and the English sauce and stir.
- Cook the peeled sweet potato in a pot with water and salt. After it is cooked drain the water. Add the orange juice and zest, olive oil, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Sprinkle with chopped coriander to add a touch of color and fresh flavor to the dish.
