Petite Chuck with Cauliflower Puree

Ingredients:

1 Pack True Born Petite Chuck (200gr approx.)
125g cauliflower
50ml milk
Salt
Pepper
Coriander

Preparation:

  1. Brown the steak on both sides in a frying pan, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Dice the cauliflower and boil in water.
  3. Crush the cauliflower, adding salt, pepper and milk until you get the desired taste and texture.
  4. Sprinkle with chopped coriander for a touch of color and fresh flavor.
