Petite Chuck with Cauliflower Puree
Ingredients:
1 Pack True Born Petite Chuck (200gr approx.)
125g cauliflower
50ml milk
Salt
Pepper
Coriander
Preparation:
- Brown the steak on both sides in a frying pan, season with salt and pepper.
- Dice the cauliflower and boil in water.
- Crush the cauliflower, adding salt, pepper and milk until you get the desired taste and texture.
- Sprinkle with chopped coriander for a touch of color and fresh flavor.
