NEW YORK STEAK with Orange Mayonnaise
1 package New York Steak
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and Pepper
1 teaspoon mustard
2 tablespoons vinegar
3 tablespoons olive oil
1. Put a frying pan on the heat with the olive oil and the crushed garlic.
When the oil is very hot, brown the meat on both sides.
Season with salt and pepper and let the steak rest for about 1 minute.
2. Break the eggs into a glass and add the mustard, vinegar, and orange zest.
Place the hand blender in the bowl, turn it on maximum speed, and slowly add the oil, moving the hand blender from bottom to top.
3. Put a frying pan on the heat with olive oil and sauté the bimis until browned.
Season with salt and pepper and remove.
4. Serve the New York with orange mayonnaise, accompanied by sautéed bimis.
