New York Steak à Portuguesa

Ingredients:
1 package of New York Steak
5 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic
1 bay leaf
100ml white wine
1 tablespoon butter
Salt and Pepper

50g sprouts

Preparation:
1. Put a frying pan on the heat with the olive oil, the crushed garlic cloves and the bay leaf and brown the meat on both sides.
Drizzle with the white wine, add the butter, and stir until the sauce is well combined.
2. Place a saucepan over the heat with the olive oil and crushed garlic, and when hot, add the crumbled cornbread and toast it.
When the cornbread is browned, add the chopped greens, season with salt and pepper, and stir.
When the sprouts are cooked, remove.
3. Serve the New York with the sauce “à portuguesa”, accompanied by the “migas soltas” of corn bread and sprouts.
