Kebabs with Yogurt Sauce and Herbs, served with Roasted Cherry Tomatoes


500 g Finest Minced Beef

2 cloves minced garlic

1 teaspoon cumin powder

2 tablespoons chopped coriander

2 tablespoons chopped mint

1 small chili pepper, finely chopped

½ lemon

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and Pepper


100g Greek yogurt

1 file

2 tablespoons chopped coriander


200g cherry tomatoes

1. Put the Greek yogurt in a bowl, add the zest and juice of the lime and the chopped coriander.

Season with salt and pepper and mix everything very well.

2. Place the cherry tomatoes on a baking tray, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and bake in the oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes.

3. Place the meat in a bowl, add the minced garlic, cumin, coriander, mint, and chopped chili pepper.

Drizzle with the lemon juice and olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and mix everything well.

4. Take some of the prepared meat, form a small ball, put it on the end of a kebab stick, and mold it into a sausage-shaped roll.

5. Dip the kebabs in olive oil and grill on all sides until the meat is cooked and to the desired point.

6. Serve the Kebabs with the yogurt sauce, accompanied by the roasted cherry tomatoes.
