Denver Steak with Whiskey Mayonnaise Sauce, served with Asparagus
Ingredients:
1 package Denver Beefsteak
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and Pepper
Sauce:
2 eggs
1 teaspoon mustard
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 tablespoons whiskey
220ml oil
Accompaniment:
5 tablespoons olive oil
2 crushed garlic cloves
1 bag of spinach
200 ml milk
1 teaspoon cornstarch (maizena)

Preparation:
1. Put a frying pan on the heat with the olive oil and the crushed garlic.
When the oil is very hot, brown the meat on both sides.
Season with salt and pepper and let the steak rest for about 1 minute.
2. Break the eggs into a glass and add the mustard, vinegar, ketchup, and whiskey.
Place the hand blender in the bowl, turn it on maximum speed, and slowly add the oil, moving the hand blender from bottom to top.
3. Place a saucepan on the heat with the olive oil and the crushed garlic cloves and let it brown.
Add the spinach and sauté, involving very well.
Dilute the cornstarch in the milk, then add the spinach and stir again.
Season with salt and pepper and simmer, stirring carefully, until creamy in texture.
4. Serve the Denver Steak with whiskey mayonnaise, accompanied by asparagus.
