denver's coffee steak
1 package of Denver Beefsteak
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 clove garlic
1 coffee spoon
Salt and Pepper
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, chopped
1 chopped garlic clove
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
300 gr. needled rice
1. Put a frying pan on the heat with the olive oil with the crushed garlic.
When the oil is very hot, brown the meat on both sides.
Season with salt and pepper and let the steak rest for about 1 minute.
2. In the same pan, put the cream, followed by the coffee and let it boil for about two minutes, stirring constantly.
3. Place a saucepan over the heat with the olive oil and lightly brown the onion and minced garlic.
Add the chopped parsley, then add the rice, season with salt, and add the water and stir.
When it comes to a boil, lower the heat, keeping it low, for about 8 minutes.
After the allotted time has elapsed, cover, turn off, and set aside for about 15 minutes.
4. Serve the Denver Steak with the coffee sauce, served with parsley rice.
