Steak Tartare, served with fries


500 g Finest Minced Beef

6 chopped anchovy fillets

¼ purple onion, chopped

2 cornichons (pickles)

2 tablespoons chopped capers

2 tablespoons mustard

2 tablespoons ketchup

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons English sauce

2 quail eggs

2 tablespoons Parmesan chips

Salt and Pepper


1kg potato

1lt oil


30-40 min.




1. Put the meat in a bowl, add the anchovy fillets, the red onion, the gherkins and the capers, all chopped.

Add the mustard, ketchup, olive oil, and English sauce, season with salt and pepper, and stir everything together carefully.

2. Cut the potatoes into sticks and fry in plenty of hot oil until golden brown.

Remove, place on absorbent paper and season with salt and pepper.

3. Serve the fresh tartar with a quail egg buried in the center and sprinkle with Parmesan shavings, accompanied by toothpick fries.
