Beefburger Gourmet with Mushroom Sauce, served with White Rice


1 package of Beefburger Gourmet

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 clove garlic


50g wild mushrooms

100ml cream

1 teaspoon English sauce

Salt and Pepper


3 tablespoons olive oil

1 onion

300 g needle rice

750ml water


30-40 min.




1. Put a frying pan on the heat with the olive oil and the crushed garlic.

When the oil is very hot, brown the meat on both sides.

Season with salt and pepper and let the steak rest for about 1 minute.

2. In the same frying pan, sauté the mushrooms until golden brown.

Add the cream and the English sauce, season with salt and pepper and mix well.

3. Place a saucepan over the heat with the olive oil and lightly brown the onion and minced garlic.

Add the rice, season with salt, and add the water and stir.

When it comes to a boil, lower the heat, keeping it low, for about 8 minutes.

After the allotted time has elapsed, cover, turn off, and set aside for about 15 minutes.

4. Serve the Beefburguer Gourmet with the mushroom sauce, accompanied by white rice.
