Aromatic Tomahawk with Juniper Oil and Thyme


1 pack of Tomahawk

Olive oil for drizzling the meat

Salt and Pepper


100ml olive oil

1 tablespoon juniper berries

1 sprig thyme


250g green asparagus

40 ml olive oil


30-40 min.




1. Coat the meat with olive oil and place on the grill until scored.

Rotate slightly to one side so as to make the mark of a perfect diamond.

Do the same on the other side of the meat, remove, season with salt and pepper and let the meat rest for about 3 minutes.

2. Put the olive oil in a saucepan with the juniper berries and thyme and bring to a boil, simmering.

Turn off and set aside for about 20 minutes.

3. Dip the green asparagus in olive oil and place on the grill.

Season with salt and pepper and keep turning until they are cooked.

4. Serve the Tomahawk with aromatic juniper and thyme olive oil, accompanied by grilled green asparagus.
