Fresh Basil Pesto Sauce
Ingredients: 80g walnut kernels – 9 tablespoons olive oil – 2 cloves garlic – 70g grated parmesan cheese – 30g fresh basil – Salt (qb).
Preparation: Toast the walnuts in a non-stick frying pan. Grate the parmesan, chop the garlic and walnuts. Add the whole mixture, basil, olive oil and salt to a blender. Store in a container and set aside in the fridge.
Ingredients: 10 fried potatoes – 50ml olive oil – Salt (qb) – Oregano (qb)
Preparation: Preheat the oven to 190°C, cut the potatoes into wedges and place on a baking tray. Drizzle the potatoes with olive oil and season with salt. Bake for 25 minutes and finish with oregano.
