“Always fresh” natural preservation
Ultra Freezing technology naturally preserves food by minimizing microorganisms and slowing chemical changes that affect quality or cause food spoilage. It ensures fast cooling of the meat by exposing it to very low temperatures from -30°C to -90°C, until its core temperature reaches -18°C. Just open the package and you will see the freshness of the meat!

SO HERE ARE SOME “RULES
WHICH MUST NOT BREAK:
Store in the original package at a temperature below -18°C.
DO NOT refreeze the product once it begins to thaw.
Now, to enjoy this meat to the fullest, you must learn how to thaw and cook it.
Place the vacuum bag inside the refrigerator for about a day. This is the safest way and ensures the best texture of the meat.
Note: If you leave the meat to thaw outside the vacuum bag, make sure that it does not come into contact with the released water.
TIPS FOR A PERFECT BEEFBURGER
Slowly defreeze the pack in the fridge.
Open the pack so the meat regains its original colour and odour.
Grill/ fry over medium heat without pressing the hamburger to lock in the moisture.
Season to taste.
