Stroganoff steaks
Ingredients: 2 packages of True Born Beef Stroganoff – 3 tablespoons olive oil – 1 chopped onion – 250g mushrooms, quartered – 400ml cream – 2 tablespoons mustard – salt
Preparation: Season the steaks with salt. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and sauté the onion for 4 minutes. Add the steak and mushrooms and cook until the meat is browned. Mix the cream and mustard and add to the pan. Bring to the boil and simmer for 7 minutes. Serve with fusilli pasta. Keep stirring until it thickens.
Spaghetti Bolognese
Ingredients: 2 packages of True Born Finest Minced Beef – 1 large onion – 1 carrot – 1 celery stalk – 3 garlic cloves – 350g crushed tomatoes – 150ml white wine – 220ml water – 2 bay leaves – salt – pepper – extra virgin olive oil
Preparation: Place the vegetables and onion in a saucepan in very small pieces. Add the olive oil and minced meat and mix for 3 minutes. Then add the white wine and stir until it evaporates. Add the tomatoes and cook for 20 minutes, adding water as needed and seasoning to taste. Simmer for 40 minutes. Serve with spaghetti.
Keep stirring until it thickens.
Kebab
Ingredients: 1 package True Born Beef Cubes – 180gr mushrooms – 2 red peppers -1 green bell pepper – 1 small onion – olive oil – salt
Preparation: Prepare 8 kebabs alternating meat and vegetables. Brush the kebabs with olive oil. Place in the oven on the grill for 7 minutes, remove and season evenly with Segredos Grelhados Margão and salt. Place in the oven and bake for another 7 minutes.
