Ingredients: 2 packs True Born Finest Minced – salt – 2 eggs – 4 tablespoons breadcrumbs – 70 g chorizo – 1 chopped onion – 1 tablespoon thyme – pepper – olive oil
Preparation: Preheat the Airfryer to 200 °C. In a bowl, mix the minced meat with the egg, breadcrumbs, finely chopped chorizo, onion, thyme, salt and a generous amount of pepper. Knead and stir carefully. Place the minced meat in a rectangular dish, smooth the top and drizzle with a little olive oil. Cook for 25 minutes. Let the meatloaf rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Side dish suggestion: Delicious with French fries and salad.
Mini Beefburgers Sliders
Ingredients: 2 packs True Born Mini Beefburger – 30ml Worcestershire sauce – oil – ½ teaspoon garlic powder – salt – pepper – slices of cheese – slider buns – other: tomato, lettuce, cucumber, etc.
Preparation: Preheat the Airfryer to 193°C for 5 minutes. Place the Mini Beefburger on a board and season with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Spray the burgers with oil. Then spray the Airfryer basket with oil and cook the Mini Beefburgers for 3 minutes. Place the Mini Beefburger on the buns, adding a slice of cheese and other ingredients to taste.
True Born Rump with garlic and herb butter
Ingredients: 2 packs True Born Rump Steak – 1 tablespoon vegetable oil – salt – pepper – 1/4 cup softened butter – 1 teaspoon garlic powder – 1 teaspoon dried parsley – 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
Preparation:Preheat the Airfryer for 5 minutes at 200°C. Place the steaks on a board and season with salt and pepper. Place the butter in a bowl, heat in the microwave until soft, add the herbs and garlic and mix well. Spray the Airfryer basket with vegetable oil. Cook the steaks in the Airfryer basket for 2 minutes for medium-rare, 3 minutes for medium (turn the steak halfway through cooking). Serve with the garlic and herb butter.
Suggestion: Delicious with sweet potato cubes
