Gourmet Beefburger with fried egg!

Ingredients:

Beefburger Gourmet
Colo do caco
Garlic butter with herbs
Pleurotus mushrooms
Cured sheep’s cheese
Egg fried
Olive oil
Salt

Fried carrots
Chives
Sweet potato

Preparation:

  1. In a frying pan, put some olive oil and cook the hamburger.
  2. Sauté the oyster mushrooms with olive oil and season to taste.
  3. Melt the garlic butter with herbs and place on top of the shard cake, then add the ripened sheep’s cheese.
  4. To give the burger a unique flavor add the fried carrot and chives.
  5. Serve the Beefburger Gourmet with sweet potato and fried egg.
