Gourmet Beefburger with fried egg!

Beefburger Gourmet
Colo do caco
Garlic butter with herbs
Pleurotus mushrooms
Cured sheep’s cheese
Egg fried
Olive oil
Salt

Preparation:
- In a frying pan, put some olive oil and cook the hamburger.
- Sauté the oyster mushrooms with olive oil and season to taste.
- Melt the garlic butter with herbs and place on top of the shard cake, then add the ripened sheep’s cheese.
- To give the burger a unique flavor add the fried carrot and chives.
- Serve the Beefburger Gourmet with sweet potato and fried egg.
