Gourmet Beefburger with Basil Aioli
- In a frying pan, put some olive oil and cook the Beefburger Gourmet and season to taste.
- Slice the eggplant, drizzle with olive oil and grill on both sides. Season with salt.
- Cut the Brioche Bun in half and drizzle with the basil aioli sauce, then place the eggplant, hamburger, arugula and tomato.
- Fry the potatoes and season with oregano and Parmesan cheese.
