After you place your order, you will receive an SMS and an e-mail with order confirmation and delivery date. The day before the scheduled delivery date, you will receive the scheduled time interval for your delivery.

It is currently not possible to track your orders. The day before the delivery date, we send an SMS informing the time interval in which the delivery will be made, and 30min before we call to confirm. However, you can always contact us.

Yes, at any time you can change your address in the “customer area”. At the time of purchase, you will also always confirm your address or you can add a new address, without changing the original address in your customer area, as you may only want to change it for that specific order. What we ask you to note is that what will count when ordering will be the address you select, not the one that is originally in your customer area. Therefore, if you change the address in the customer area when an order is in progress, please be aware that we will not contemplate that information but the one on the order form.
